ORDERING:

You may order online with our safe and secure order form - payment via Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal.

Mail In Orders
We will accept mail in orders from within the USA only. Canadian and European clients must use our secure shopping cart.

SHIPPING:

US CUSTOMERS:

Shipping Charges -- Only $5.00 shipping, regardless of how many pieces you order.

All orders leave our studio within 2 to 3 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

We proudly ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please see the U.S. Postal Service website for additional information.

If you have a need for immediate shipping, please contact us first. We try to accommodate all requests for overnight shipping which is an additional charge. NOTE: Not all orders can be shipped overnight; please check with us prior to ordering for availability and cost.

An email from the U.S. Postal Service will be sent to the address you provided on your order. The email contains the tracking number for your USPS Priority Mail package. You can track your package through www.usps.com.

NON US CUSTOMERS:

We are now shipping to Canada and European countries. We are only able to ship via USPS Express Mail International - costs starting at $25.00. Our cart only charges a flat 5.00 fee. Those overseas customers who order using our shopping cart will be invoiced for the balance of the shipping charge.

PAYMENTS:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Paypal through our website. Our cart downloads this information to us safely and securely. We hand process all MC/Visa orders - your credit card is not charged until your order actually ships. Charges on your credit card will read " sales@handmaid-jewelry.com".

If you wish to pay with a money order or a *personal check, please use our printable order form and mail it with your payment to us. *Orders paid for with a personal check will ship once we verify that the check has cleared our bank.

RETURNS:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item, notify us by email, sales@handmaid-jewelry.com, within 15 days of receipt and let us know the reason why you are returning the item. An RA# will be issued, this number must be included on all shipments to us.

Merchandise must be in new, original condition, show no signs of wear, or be altered in any way.

A copy of the order form must be included with the item(s) being returned.

Returns received without prior notification and RA# will be refused.

When shipping returns, please secure with packing materials and ship with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Items returned after 15 days of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee - no exceptions.

All RETURNS and WARRANTY repairs must include your original invoice and RA#. Mail to:

WARRANTY:

If your purchase breaks under normal wear or use within 30 days, we will repair or replace it.

Handmaid of the Lord cannot be held responsible for neglect or abuse of jewelry or rosaries.
If we determine the break to be from excessive wear/tear, a fee may be charged for repair.

Email us, sales@handmaid-jewelry.com, for an RA# which must appear on the outside of all packages to us.

Your return must be postmarked within 5 business days from the date that the RA# was issued.

When shipping returns, please secure with packing materials. Please ship with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.
